John Farrell Sworn in as a Magistrate Judge

We would like to offer our congratulations to our founding attorney, John P. Farrell. Mr. Farrell was recently sworn in as a part-time magistrate judge with the Cobb County Magistrate Court. Cobb County has one of the largest Magistrate Courts in Georgia and is one of the very few in the United States that operates 24 hours a day to serve the Cobb County community.

Mr. Farrell is quoted as saying, "I am very honored to serve Cobb County as a Magistrate Judge with the Cobb County Magistrate Court. I look forward to the opportunity to serve the County in that capacity in addition to my practice focusing on Estate Planning and Probate."

John P. Farrell is certainly experienced enough to serve well as a magistrate. He is a native Georgian, born and raised in Calhoun. He began practicing law since 2003 after graduating from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta. He's licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Tennessee and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Cobb Bar Association. Congratulations again to Mr. Farrell.
