John was born and raised in Calhoun, Georgia and moved to the Atlanta area over thirty years ago to attend Kennesaw State University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta. John has practiced law since 2003 and is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. John also previously served Cobb County as a Part-Time Magistrate Judge with the Magistrate Court. John lives in Cobb County, with his wife, Stacey, and their two sons.
