Stacey S. Farrell

Stacey S. Farrell is a Cobb County native and currently lives in the Marietta area with her husband, John, and their two sons.

She was born and raised in Mableton, Georgia.  She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, in International Business. Stacey graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, in 2002.

Stacey has practiced law over 20+ years and is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.  She has a wealth of experience in property law, including both residential and commercial property matters.  Her extensive background in property law makes estate planning, estate settlement, probate proceedings, divorce, and other property-related litigation a natural fit for her practice.

Stacey has litigated hundreds of property-related issues over her legal career and worked at the corporate and individual level to resolve numerous complex property-related disputes.  This experience gives her a unique perspective to counsel clients on how to plan and protect their estates, as well as on how to manage the distribution or the division of assets.
