Stacey S. Farrell has practiced law for over 20 years and specializes in planning and settling estates, including probate and estate-related litigation. Stacey also has represented clients in a variety of trust and estate disputes, including claims against trustees and executors; and in will contests, including those arising from allegations of undue influence, misrepresentation, and fraud.
Stacey and her husband, John P. Farrell, own The Farrell Law Firm, P.C., a law firm specializing in estate law and continually recognized for its excellence for estate planning and probate expertise. The Farrell Law Firm has provided premium estate planning, as well as probate and estate litigation counsel, to clients throughout Georgia, for well over a decade.
Prior to The Farrell Law Firm, Stacey was an equity partner at a top global law firm, leading the representation of corporate clientele in complex business disputes and high-stakes litigation throughout the United States. Stacey has litigated numerous cases in U.S. state and federal courts throughout the country. Stacey has a wealth of experience in property law, including both residential and commercial property disputes. She has worked at the corporate and individual level to resolve complex disputes involving significant and high-valued assets. Stacey has served as lead counsel in high stake, multi-party litigation matters over the course of her career, taking hundreds of party, fact, expert, and Rule 30(b)(6) corporate representative depositions. Stacey has mediated and litigated hundreds of cases arising from catastrophic property loss, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, property-related disputes, and other high value claims.

Stacey S. Farrell is a Georgia native, born in Atlanta and raised in Cobb County. Stacey graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, a Minor in Japanese, and Honors in Political Science. In 2002, she graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. Stacey is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. Stacey has recently been recognized as a Distinguished Lawyer in Probate, Estate Planning, and Estate Litigation by Lawyers of Distinction.
