Stacey S. Farrell is a Cobb County native and lives in the Marietta area with her husband, John, and their two sons. Stacey was born and raised in Mableton, Georgia.
Stacey graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, in International Business; a Minor in Japanese; and Honors in Political Science. Stacey graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, in 2002. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
Stacey Farrell has practiced law for over 20 years. She and her husband, John Farrell, own The Farrell Law Firm, P.C., a law firm that has provided premium legal services to the Metro Atlanta Area for almost 10 years.

Prior to her joining The Farrell Law Firm, Stacey was an equity partner at a top global law firm, leading the representation of corporate clientele in complex business disputes and high-stakes litigation throughout the United States. Stacey has litigated numerous cases in U.S. state and federal courts involving both individual and corporate disputes. Stacey has a wealth of experience in property law, including both residential and commercial property disputes. She has worked at the corporate and individual level to resolve complex disputes involving significant and high-valued assets. Stacey has taken hundreds of depositions. She has mediated and litigated hundreds of cases arising from catastrophic property loss, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, property-related disputes, and other high value claims.
Stacey's practice now primarily focuses on the division of assets. Stacey provides specialized legal representation tailored to the individual client's needs, whether that be in divorce proceedings; non-contested or contested probate matters; or in other individual and small-business related disputes and litigation. Stacey's years of experience in complex nationwide litigation and dispute resolution, coupled with her specialized property and contract law background, gives her a heightened degree of expertise and a unique perspective in the representation of her clients.
